Remedial Massage Therapist – Loren

Loren completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2002 at the NSW School of Natural Medicine in Coffs Harbour and did subsequent studies at the NSW School of Massage in Sydney.

Over the past 20 years, Loren has gained extensive experience working in sports, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation clinics across Australia and the United Kingdom.

She specialises in Deep Tissue, Remedial, and Sports Massage, and has treated a wide range of clients including Olympic athletes, runners, triathletes, pregnant women, office workers, and individuals dealing with chronic pain and tension. Loren draws on a broad range of techniques to relieve pain, reduce stress, restore muscular balance, and improve flexibility and mobility.

Loren is available for treatment’s in Gymea Bay at the Bay Beauty and Wellness Studio on Sunday’s and Monday’s and is recognised by all major private health funds with on the spot claims available through HICAPS.

Remedial Massage Therapist – Rosalind

Originally from Port Macquarie, Rosalind started her journey with studies in Audio Engineering. She moved into Sales, then in the search for work/life balance she found a passion for Remedial Massage. 

She began her massage training in 2020, driven by a passion for helping people manage pain and injuries. She is also deeply interested in the connection between anxiety, everyday stress, and their effects on the body and how massage therapy can support overall well-being.

Rosalind employs a holistic treatment approach, integrating deep tissue, Swedish, and relaxation techniques to address each client’s specific therapeutic needs. Her focus is on promoting musculoskeletal balance and supporting the body’s natural healing processes.

She is currently available for Remedial Massage at Gymea Sports Massage every second Saturday and is registered with all major private health funds on HICAPS.
