Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness and allow other clients the opportunity to book, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

– Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

– Missed appointments / no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances arise. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
